Rules for Vans & Pick Up's
These rules apply only to the Amateur and Stock classes.
Passenger vans, minivans and Conversion vans must have their enclosure, amps and batteries behind the 2nd row of seats. If the van comes with a 3rd or 4th row, the 3rd and 4th row may be removed. In the case of a cargo van or commercial type van that does not have a 2nd or 3rd row of seats, the enclosure, amps and batteries must remain behind the rear edge of the side door. Enclosures must be lower than the bottom of the lowest section of glass, windshield, side window etc. Anything higher will be moved up to either the Super Stock classes.
In the case of Pick up trucks. Amplifiers, batteries, wires and fuses are allowed inside the bed of the truck, but can not extend above the lip of the bed. Enclosures MUST remain entirely inside the cab of the truck, NO Blow Throughs. Enclosures inside an extended cab or quad cab truck are not allowed forward of the "B" pillar and must remain below the lowest point of the glass in the vehicle.
In the case of a standard size cab pick up, enclosures must also remain below the bottom of the glass, but are allowed forward of the "B" pillar. Enclosures in a standard cab pick up will not be allowed any more than 6" forward of the "B" pillar.
